Our Company
Primitives by Kathy is a fast-growing wholesale company providing home décor and gifts to retail stores nationwide. We pride ourselves on creativity, innovation and relationships local and national artist to create and deliver over 8,000 unique products to more than 100,000 worldwide customers. We value creativity in all forms and empower our team to become experts in their craft to continue to deliver on promises to our customers and give back through volunteerism with our 501(c)(3) Kathy’s Circle of Friends.
Between our 800+ page catalog, three permanent showrooms in Atlanta, Las Vegas and Dallas and original product development – we are the wholesaler of choice for retailers across the country.

VP of Sales
Primitives by Kathy is a leading wholesaler of creatively designed home décor, gift, and lifestyle products. We serve independent retailers, national key accounts, and retail partners across the country with a focus on creative design, ahead-of-the-market product innovation, strong customer relationships, and global sourcing. We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales organization across both the Independent Sales Channel and National Key Account Sales Channel.
The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth, customer retention, new business development, account expansion, and sales team performance. This role will lead, coach, and support a multi-channel sales organization that includes independent sales representatives, sales agencies, national key account managers, inside sales, customer service / sales leadership, and other sales support functions. The ideal candidate is a strong sales leader who can balance strategy with execution, build accountability through meaningful KPIs, strengthen customer relationships, and create a high-performing, customer-focused sales culture.

Account Specialist - Western US Region

We’re looking for an Account Specialist — someone who blends the art of servicing accounts with the drive of sales. This is not your typical call center role. You’ll be the go-to advisor for our top-tier wholesale accounts, offering white-glove support and curated product solutions. At the same time, you’ll be the friendly expert who helps other customers schedule one-on-one consultations, making sure every interaction feels personalized and impactful. If you thrive on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and helping customers succeed, this role is made for you.
